Returns and damaged orders

Email admin@furmajesty.co.nz with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not return products without prior approval.

Returns and shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Free shipping to urban New Zealand addresses on orders over $70.00.
